ECOLSON™ jewelry is transparently priced according to :
Gold purity and weight. This is the value of the gold within each jewelry item. This value becomes yours upon purchase and serves as accessible savings for the future. This value is determined at the date of production. It is calculated by multiplying the weight of the artwork by the price of once of gold. JM Bullion among others do provide live metal spot prices.
Model rarity. Most ECOLSON™ are numbered. It respect the strict guidelines of the traditional European codes of art foundries and fine jewelry hallmarks. The smaller the edition and the lower serial the number, the highest will become the value. More explanations in our Code of Ethics.
Design and production. ECOLSON™ creations are handcrafted, ethical, and proudly made in USA. Smart and sharp customers understand that this artwork is not competing with the mass-produced items imported and sold by jewelry retailers.
All artwork manufactured and sold by ECOLSON™ as a “gold masterpiece” is manufactured in certified American gold with a purity of minimum 14 karat.
When gold element (Au) is discovered in nature, it is found pure and undiluted. Pure gold is 24 karat. It is very malleable and makes it inappropriate for jewelry due to its softness. Our fine gold is diluted via man-made process known as “alloying” to make it harder and more resilient to scratches. The 14-karat gold is composed of 58.3% pure gold and 41.7% alloy. This is the most famous option for engagement rings and other wearable jewelry in the United States, the UK and the other Western countries. The 14-karat metal composition offers the best combination of a rich color, more durability and resistance to wear and tears.
All Artwork is in solid gold. It has no empty core or surface plating. The exact purity and weight of each masterpiece is specified on its certificate of Authenticity.
The karat system helps define the purity or fineness of metals used in the manufacturing of jewelry and U.S. federal law requires that all jewelry be stamped with an accompanying hallmark clearly denoting this purity.
ECOLSON™ offers unique and numbered solid gold masterpieces. It is an investment on both the Art- and Commodity markets. The live market prices are displayed in our Pricing section. Some customers are buying our artwork because it is a prestigious and beautiful jewelry. However some customers are buying our artwork because they are smart investors, with the mindset that Gold protects against inflation and Art appreciates in value.
Maintenance :
- Similar to any jewelry you may own, remove your gold artwork when sleeping, exercising, and engaging in physical activity that could lead to scratches and dents. Avoid allowing your gold artwork from touching each other as they can scratch one another.
Storage :
- To best preserve your gold jewelry and prevent scratching, ensure you are storing it separately from other jewelry in its original pouch when not in use. Additionally, secure clasps and closures prior to storing your jewelry to avoid scratches and tangled chains.
Care :
- Care for your jewelry on a regular basis by wiping it with a cotton cloth after wear, then store it separately from other jewelry in its original pouch. On occasion, you may find it helpful to soak your jewelry in warm water and mild dish detergent to remove everyday pollutants that could cause your jewelry to appear dull.
The higher the karat of gold means the less base metals used and the less likely to tarnish. 14-karat gold is the most famous option for engagement rings and other wearable jewelry in the United States, the UK and the other Western countries. The 14-karat metal composition offers the best combination of a rich color, more durability and resistance to wear and tears. 14-karat gold may see little tarnishing over time, if any at all. To preserve the luster of your gold jewelry, avoid exposure to household bleach and other cleaning products.
All artwork produced by ECOLSON™ as “gold masterpiece” is made in certified solid gold.
There are 3 types of markings to guarantee that our artwork is genuine and cannot be reproduced :
- The artist initials EC. It is obtained by casting from the unique mold of each piece.
- The edition number, if any. It is obtained by casting from the unique mold of each piece.
- The Hallmarks. Engraved by laser, they are inspired by the traditional European codes of art castings and fine jewelry.

Since 1998, United has provided support of environmental and social impact concerns of precious metal mining by supplying refined precious metals, sourced from industries other than mining, to the jewelry market worldwide. United refines gold to meet a highly consistent standard and to make them suitable for use in jewelry casting.
United Precious Metal Refining operates in compliance with the EICC – GeSI Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative for sourcing only from “conflicted” areas of the world subjected to Responsible Supply Chain due-diligence. The countries which are presently included in the list as of “conflicted areas” are : Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. We believe that by avoiding metal sourced from these areas, we reduce both human and environmental harm, as well as the distances traveled and energy expended to bring metals into jewelry production.

When you order a custom artwork from ECOLSON™, you are purchasing jewelry that is designed and crafted on demand, just for you.
Our one-of-a-kind design experience helps you make a personal statement that mass-produced jewelry can’t. Let us create a Custom Artwork as unique as you are. ECOLSON™ offers a full-service from design to craft of your custom one-of-a-kind masterpiece. We can produce any object or jewelry artwork in solid gold, such as pendants, keychains, rings, bracelets, earrings, cufflinks, necklaces, coins, medallions, trophies, statuettes, etc. The Artwork can be customized with your company logo, stamps, name, personalized message, or graphic of your choice. If you already have your own design, we can work with nearly any type of digital artwork 3D file or high resolution images provided. Some limitations may apply depending on the technical feasibility.
We guarantee that each custom artwork is an exclusive one-of-kind masterpiece. ECOLSON™ does not reproduce nor advertise on any custom artwork in respect of our customer’s privacy. All custom artwork is strictly in conformance with the guidelines of our Code of Ethics.

A pre-payment is required for the technical study of your artwork. You can use the Custom Artwork product page to proceed. This amount will be deducted from the final artwork price. It is 100% refunded in case the project is declined by ECOLSON™. The acceptance of your project is subject to the technical capability limits (size, complexity) and the artist workload availability.
Custom orders are simply priced according to the gold purity, the weight, and the Craftsmanship.

Yes. Orders of custom artwork can be cancelled at any time. A full refund will be send, less the non-refundable costs engaged by ECOLSON™.
If you are not completely satisfied with your custom artwork item and wish to return or exchange it, please initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will issue a refund for the value of gold at the market prices.
Chokers
To determine your ring size, cut a piece of paper or a string, Wrap the paper or string around the finger to be sized. Use a pen to mark the string or paper where the long end overlaps. Measure the mark from the end of the length of paper or string with a ruler, and match the measurement with the corresponding ring size. The circumference (total distance around) of ECOLSON™ rings are :
- Size 4 : 45-47mm
- Size 5 : 48-50mm
- Size 6 : 50-53mm
- Size 7 : 53-58mm
- Size 8 : 55-60mm
- Size 10 : 60-63mm
Chokers
The circumference of the choker sizes (total distance around it) are as follows :
- Small : 16 in.
- Medium : 17 in.
- Large : 18 in.
The diameter ( or width) of the chokers are as follows :
- Small : 5 in.
- Medium : 5.5 in.
- Large : 6 in.
Cuff Bracelets
To determine your cuff size, wrap a string or soft measuring tape around your wrist to record its outer circumference. Please note that the cuff’s circumference should be 0.75 to 1 inch larger than your wrist. For example : if your wrist has a circumference of 6 inches, you should select a small cuff. The circumference (total distance around it) of ECOLSON™ are :
- Small : 6.75 in.
- Medium : 7.25 in.
- Large : 7.75 in.
Each cuff also features a corresponding diameter (width at the cuff’s widest point) :
- Small : 2.25 in.
- Medium : 2.5 in.
- Large : 2.75 in.
Pre-orders
When you pre-order from ECOLSON™, you are purchasing a genuine artwork from the ECOLSON™ collection which has not been released yet for public sale. A pre-order allows you to obtain an original numbered masterpiece at a discounted price and with the guarantee to own one of the first serial number from the edition.
All items available for pre-order will be tagged with a “Pre-Order” label on a product category page. Pre-order items are added to your bag and then checked out just like regular orders. Because pre-orders have a release date, your order will not ship until the specified release date.
Pre-order items are priced per artwork complexity and by gram weight, based on the weight of the item as manufactured during the design process. Pre-order item weights can fluctuate up to 1 gram per design.
You will be charged for your pre-ordered item at the time of checkout.
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Custom artwork item and wish to return or exchange it, please initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide free shipping with premium tracking.
All ECOLSON™ orders are shipped with insurance via FedEx or DHL and require signature upon delivery, We cannot ship to post office boxes, post offices, mail forwarding companies, military bases, and hotels, due to shipper restrictions.
For shipping outside the USA, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the products have been shipped. By purchasing our products you consent that you may get custom fees when the package arrives to your country.
Orders are subject to verification. Typically you should receive an order within 5 business days from the date it was placed.
Orders being shipped outside of the US may take longer due to unforeseen delays in customs. Please reach out to the applicable shipping carrier to pay any taxes and/ or duties owned once the tracking information reflects arrival in the shipping country.
You can track order status in the Order History of your ECOLSON™ account. You will also receive an order confirmation with email tracking information upon shipment.
Buyer experience and protection
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within reasonable time
- The item you received was not as described
Our certified buy back guarantee enables you to exchange or sell your ECOLSON™ jewelry at any time for its 14 karat value at the date of return, less a 10% buy-back fee.
Buy-back requests outside of the US must contact Customer Service for further instructions.
Your account will be credited within seven business days upon receipt of your package.
Please note that each ECOLSON™ item has a unique serial number and is shipped with a corresponding Certificate of Authenticity. This Certificate of Authenticity guarantees you have purchased an original solid gold 14 karat gold ECOLSON™ creation and must accompany your item should you take advantage of the ECOLSON™ guarantee. If you return an item to ECOLSON™ without its Certificate of Authenticity, you will incur an additional 5% assaying fee.

Creating an account is optional but takes less than two minutes and helps to customize further your ECOLSON™ experience.

Taxes are included in the price for all sales in the USA. At point of sale, ECOLSON™ will accomodate all sales tax obligations for orders shipped to states in the U.S.
Orders are shipped from New York, USA.
Additional import taxes and/or duties will be charges for all orders shipped outside of the USA. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine the additional costs that will be levied.
Our ECOLSON™ Lifetime guarantee enables you to exchange or sell your ECOLSON™ jewelry at any time for its real-time values less a 10% buy back fee.
Buy back requests outside of the US and Canada must contact Customer Service for further instructions.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange it, please initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Returns for a full refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee off the total value for each item.
After 7 days, items will not be accepted for a full refund or credit. They may be sold back or exchanged for their metal value less a buy back fee of 10%.
You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after receiving order confirmation via email, unless the order has already been shipped. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to orders cancelled after 24 hours.
Yes. You may purchase and pre-schedule the delivery of gifts directly to recipients or yourself by indicating an order is a gift at check-out.
ECOLSON™ gift cards are available in the amounts of $500, $1,000, $2,500 and $5,000 USD. They are delivered via email along with instructions for applying them at checkout.
All ECOLSON™ items arrive in our timeless packaging, though you have the option of including a note for the recipient of your gift at checkout.
